How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days in the United Kingdom. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order includes tracked delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order at any time via the Track Your Order link in our website footer.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return an item?
Yes. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact support@zellarostore.com to begin a return.
