At Zellaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@zellarostore.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at support@zellarostore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm your return request within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Send the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Conditions for Return

Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the original standard delivery cost where applicable under your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zellarostore.com. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
